Hotel Schweizerhof Bern & Spa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Luxurious bathroom, comfortable bed. The sauna was a treat after a day of walking through town, or the countryside. Breakfast was likewise exceptional. The benedict and shakshuka had us looking forward to each morning. The staff were warm and helpful. If we return to Bern - we’ll be staying here.

This is high level hotel. I would rate the service level on par with any Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton or St Regis hotels I have visited. The spa experience is excellent and the rooms are impeccable. We really enjoyed the staff as they were extremely personable and each spoke 3 or 4 languages. We brought our three kids who were accommodated in a separate room with three beds. I would readily recommend this hotel to most anyone.

We had a package and were still treated like princesses. I've never seen such a beautiful arrival. The rooms were large and the bathroom was a dream! The food was great too. Only the breakfast menu could offer more options. The massages was great! Also a highlight was the short training with jim, great service and great advice. I think it's nice that this elegant hotel also has inexpensive offers.

We stayed here during the Christmas period and my, what a magical stay it was. I cannot insist enough that this has to be one of the most amazing hotels out there in the world. We were very warmly welcomed by Jacob and the front office staff members. They did anything and everything that they could to make our stay very very enjoyable. The Hotel itself is stunning, the rooms are pristine and the services that follows are exquisite. If you ever want to spend some $$$ and treat yourself, this is the place to go. Thank you Jacob and team for making our stay so so magical and enjoyable! Looking forward to visit the beautiful city of Bern again!
