Hotel Jardin Bern

From the moment we were greeted at the reception, the gentleman was professional and attentive. Without asking he provided the WiFi details, told us where to have lunch, dinner, gave us info to download app for Bern transport. offer to keep our luggage until our room was ready. We highly recommend Hotel Jardin. Great staff, good ambiance, excellent breakfast very good location.

The hotel staff /host beyond friendly and helpful. Gave great suggestions, showed me on the map how to get to the old city and interesting locations. Clean room and shower was amazing after a long day driving. Really recommend.

We went to Bern to see the Rolling Stones and booked this hotel due to its proximity to the Wankdorf Stadium. The concert was cancelled due to Mick Jagger getting Covid, but none of us were sorry we chose to visit Bern, or stay at this wonderful, family-run hotel. The staff is knowledgeable and gave us great advice on how to get back and forth to the old town, which paths to take to get the best views, and how to use the truly fantastic public transportation. Getting around Bern is easy! I usually hate public transportation, but loved theirs. Bern is a great city, a true hidden gem with lots to see and great restaurants. We would stay at this hotel again, 100%.
