New Downtown Club

Overall, it's not bad, but its definitely not worth the price. The people are pretty boring the night I went there, the vip area is not even tested for actually having vip access, so I basically wasted 10 francs by getting vip. The regular entrance fee is $15. The music is alright, but not really my kind of club music. It is mostly visited by African people.

Music was top today. It is small as a venue but the location is not bad. Especially in the smoking room the atmosphere is welcoming. The club fills up from 3 in the morning, as it is one of the last places in St. Gallen that is open late. The only thing that can annoy, is the very drunk people who tend to get pushy or the fact that it is so small as a place.

Very weird people in the club. Illegal stuff is filmed there and the audience is aggressive and unfriendly. Official owners are not the real owners of the club. Everything was transferred to some women so that the men could keep doing crooked things.

This place is a dirt shop. I am a 34-year-old well-groomed woman and was beaten up and choked by a so-called “boss” and his rabble until I passed out on the floor, nobody did anything. And that's because I told this misogynistic guy not to talk to me like that. Do you hit people? A woman? If there are problems you call the police and when I wanted to do that they started beating me. It has cameras all over the Brühltorpassage, but people know exactly where to beat you up so the cameras can't record it. After confronting an owner of the club, who is not an authorized signatory, she tried to turn around the whole story that I was violent and made threats and lies. Definitely not clean. The store is run by two women, but men with criminal records claim to be the owners. And apparently I'm not the first victim. But the shop remains. Nothing is done about it.
